MoveScrow is a secure escrow payment platform that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers by:

• Holding funds securely in escrow until services are completed
• Verifying service completion before releasing funds
• Providing dispute resolution services
• Ensuring secure payment processing

We provide a platform for secure escrow transactions. We are not a party to the underlying transactions between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our escrow services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

5. Escrow Services and Payments

5.1 Escrow Process

MoveScrow uses an escrow system to secure payments:

• Funds are held securely in escrow until service completion is verified
• Funds are released to sellers upon successful verification
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and dispute resolution process
• All transactions are subject to verification and compliance checks

5.2 Service Fees

We may charge service fees for using our escrow platform. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card information. You authorize us to process payments in accordance with these Terms.

5.4 Fund Release

Funds will be released from escrow only after:

• Service completion is verified by the buyer
• All verification requirements are met
• No disputes are pending
• All applicable fees are paid

6. Transaction Responsibilities

6.1 Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate transaction details
• Deposit funds into escrow as agreed
• Verify service completion accurately and in good faith
• Communicate clearly with sellers
• Report any issues or disputes promptly

6.2 Seller Responsibilities

As a seller, you agree to:

• Provide services as agreed and described
• Complete services in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate service descriptions
• Respond promptly to verification requests
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6.3 Disputes

If you have a dispute with another user, please contact our support team. We will attempt to resolve disputes fairly based on available evidence, but we are not obligated to resolve all disputes. Our decision in dispute resolution is final.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveScrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoveScrow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

9. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MoveScrow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the service without our express written permission.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including payment obligations and dispute resolution provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
